The Dalai Lama or Maya Angelou to learn about how to create social change through compassionate speech and actionable practices in peace.
Sienna is currently a Senior studying Communications with an emphasis in Digital Media and Journalism and a minor in Sociology. Sienna was born and raised in Boise, ID where her work with student government began at Boise High School where she served as the Senior Ambassador Liaison to the Boise School District and as a founding member of the Brave Empowerment Network which works to uphold the character values of Boise High through events like Kind Week. Sienna first began her work in service and advocacy as a board member of the student-run nonprofit organization, One Stone.
While at Boise State, Sienna worked as the Creative Marketing Specialist at the College of Innovation + Design while simultaneously co-founding and serving as the director of notsilentbecause, a student-led sexual assault prevention and consent education initiative. Last year, Sienna worked to advocate and allocate on behalf of students as an ASBSU assembly member, and as a member of the Stanford d. School’s University Innovation Fellows program, as well as served as the Community Outreach Chair to Alpha Xi Delta.
As a result of her experience working to elevate student voice across campus, Sienna is humbled to serve as your 2017-2018 Student Body President to do more to advocate on behalf of students. With the help and support of Gabe, the executive team, and students across campus, Sienna is determined to cultivate and foster a campus culture where students are truly believed to be Boise State’s greatest asset.

Amy Poehler as she would provide great laughs and great insight on how to remain positive in life despite the ups-and-downs and challenges you may face.
Gabe is currently a Senior studying Health Sciences with an emphasis in General health. Gabe is from Redmond, Oregon where his student government involvement began at Ridgeview High School. Gabe served as the General Assembly Coordinator as well as the Senior Class Representative while in high school.
While at Boise State Gabe found a passion for serving students through his on-campus involvement. Gabe currently serves as the Treasurer to the Men’s Club Volleyball Team, and worked as an Orientation Coordinator and Bronco Ambassador tour guide to help future Broncos to find their home at Boise State. Gabe also served as a Morale Captain for Dance Marathon and loves intramural sports.
After becoming an ASBSU Assembly member, Gabe knew he wanted to become an advocate for change at Boise State in order to ensure that every student’s voice is heard. Developing a sense of campus culture and community where all students feel safe, equally represented and respected, and free to express themselves is a goal he has for this upcoming year. Gabe is very excited and honored to serve as your 2017-2018 Student Body Vice President.
