As the President of the Associated Students of Boise State University, I am here to serve, listen, and engage your passions within our great institution. I am currently a senior studying Entrepreneurship Management & Communication with a minor in leadership in hopes of one day working with TED. Originally from Cranford, New Jersey I came to Boise State in pursuit of fresh air and a new perspective. During my time at Boise State I have served with the Interfraternal Council, Dance Marathon, and Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. I believe that as students, we are the driving force of this University, and as your student representatives, we will help you connect, discover, and experience Boise State beyond the degree.
I am in my senior year here at Boise State University and have the privilege of working alongside my exec members to better this university in any way that students see fit. If you have an idea, feel free to come talk to me and I will point you in the right direction to help make your dreams come true. With a double major in both Biology and Pre-Dental Studies I hope to move on to dental school and start an orthodontics practice named “Propp-er Smiles”. I have had the chance over the past years to be a Co-Director of Boise State Dance Marathon as well as helping lead our college YoungLife. We are here to help our fellow students because that is who we are, and that is who we care about.
Speaker of the Assembly
In a perfect world I would have roller-coasters as cars, slides instead of stairs, and roller blades with rockets that were socially acceptable. But I know what you’re thinking, would you have to climb flights of slides? Well, there would be escalators that only went up, because it would be awful to have to climb multiple slides a day. And at your convenience, you can call for a roller-coaster at any time. But enough about my ideal world, here is a little about me.
I am from Marysville, Washington and as a junior studying political science and economics, I aspire to one day be a corporate lawyer. I live with the mind set that the more you put into something, the more you will get of it. As your Assembly Speaker I would like to be apart of creating a culture where our university responds to student voices making the best experience for Bronco Nation, from your freshman convocation to senior graduation. You are always welcome to swing by our offices and ask questions, or just say hello.

Secretary of External Affairs
Hi friends! My name is Emily and I’m so excited to be your 2015 – 2016 Secretary of External Affairs. I’m a sophomore from Los Angeles double-majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice. When I came to Boise State, I started my involvement through ASBSU and in my second semester became a member of the Honors College and Delta Delta Delta! In my new position, I’m looking forward to organizing events and lobbying at the State Capitol on behalf of students. Outside of campus life I spend my time playing and writing music, exploring the Greenbelt and Downtown, and spending hours reading labels in grocery stores. My friends call me weird but they’re my friends so I’m most likely doing something right. Thanks for reading and don’t be afraid to come to the office and say hello!

Chief of Staff
Hey there! I’m Olivia Sandquist, a senior, marketing major, who called Redmond, WA my home. Now, after submerging myself into a new city- I like to think of myself as a duel citizen (Boise and Redmond). How did I do it? I found my way by jumping into many things BSU. I have found a home here in Greek Life, work within the Admissions Department, and a Sports Marketing Internship with the Athletic Department. While becoming involved in these various departments, I have been able to make my experience at Boise State personal. I have been able to grow alongside this great University and really developed my passions while in a new home. Come on up to the second floor of the SUB and find me! Really! That’s an honest invite – I dare you! As Chief of Staff, I want to help you brainstorm how to navigate your next four years while here at Boise State and I‘d love to be of assistance.
